Processing times and delivery

The standard processing time for orders is 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times within the USA are 2 to 5 business days for standard shipping. Note: These times may vary during the peak shopping seasons.

Kindly refer to the listings for specific information as they may vary based on the type of item and location.

We will do all we can to process your orders as quickly as possible and get them shipped out. However, if your item is delayed in arriving per the delivery estimates provided on the item page or listing, bear with us since at this stage we are at the mercy of these shipping carriers and have little or no control over the situation.

But, we can assure you that your order will arrive safely at your address.

Sizing Details

These head coverings are made for adults only. Most of our chemo headwear will fit a head circumference between 20 to 23 inches. Please check the individual listings for specific details concerning each type or style.

Care Instructions

Hand wash preferably

Air/ hang dry or you can set the dryer to fluff dry

Steam or press with an iron on low heat

How to wash and care for a SILK SLEEP CAP for long-lasting use

To keep your silk sleep cap in excellent condition, always hand wash it in cold water using a gentle, pH-neutral detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach, as these can damage the delicate silk fibers. Gently swirl the cap in the water, then rinse thoroughly to remove any soap.

After washing, lay the cap flat on a clean towel and roll it up to gently press out excess water. Do not wring or twist the silk, as this can weaken the fabric. Lay the cap flat to air dry in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources, to preserve its vibrant color and smooth texture.

Avoid using a dryer or iron, but if you need to smooth out wrinkles, use a cool iron or steamer on the inside of the cap. With proper care, your silk sleep cap will remain soft, luxurious, and long-lasting!

 

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will only accept returns or refunds for damaged or faulty and wrong items. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers must contact us first before initiating a return. You are responsible for the RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Please request cancelations within this period. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wholesale availability

Yes, we offer wholesale options. Please get in touch with us for further discussions.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer a paid gift-wrapping service, but the items are packaged in a presentable gift bag for free for USA customers, soon we will extend this service to other countries too.

Can I Include A Message In My Order?

Absolutely! Write your message in the TEXT BOX on the CART PAGE. (Currently, this option is for USA customers. 

Custom and personalized orders

At the moment I am unable to offer custom and personalized orders. I will update this page as soon as I can offer this service.

Issues with defective or wrong items

These items are made with production assistance and we do our best to ensure that the products you receive are of great quality.

However, if your order arrives and it is defective or does not meet your expectations, REACH OUT to me and we can work at resolving the issue.
