Processing and delivery time
The standard processing times for orders are 1 to 3 business days. ( this could differ during the peak seasons.)

Kindly refer to the listings for specific information as they may vary based on the type of item and location.
I will do all I can to process your orders as quickly as possible and get them shipped out. However, if it happens that your item is delayed in arriving per the delivery estimates provided on the item page or listing, bear with me since at this stage I am at the mercy of these shipping carriers and have little or no control over the situation.
But, I can assure you that your order will arrive safely at your address.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will only accept returns or refunds for damaged or faulty and wrong items. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers must contact us first before initiating a return. You are responsible for the RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
We generally do not ship to P.O. Box addresses because many of our shipping carriers cannot guarantee delivery to these locations.
If you would like to have your order shipped to a P.O. Box, you must contact us by email before placing your order to confirm acceptance of responsibility in the event that the package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received.
Orders placed with a P.O. Box address without prior written confirmation may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Please request cancellations within this time period.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
